“My subwoofer worked out of the box but isn’t anymore. How do I re-sync it to the sound-bar?”

• -Press the wireless pairing button on the subwoofer until the light blinks fast -Get your soundbar remote and hold the DIM display for 5 seconds , let go of the Dim display on the 6th second, follow by a short press on the BASS + then BASS - in sequence. The front panel should show "PAIRING" -If the pairing succeeds, the LED indicator on the subwoofer will light up and the display will show that it's "DONE" or "CONNECTED" If that does not work, please submit a case request at https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service Team will be more than happy to assist you.
