“I have this hooked up to my new 75" Samsung TV but I can't get the subwoofer to work. It connects to Bluetooth but can't get any sound. Do I have it connected wrong? HDMI and Optical to TV and both are plugged in.”

Our JBL Bar 2.1 is a soundbar-subwoofer system. The wireless subwoofer has to be paired with the soundbar. Please check the steps on page 11 of the Owner's Manual for the instructions. http://bit.ly/2TNmlEC
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this one too and the subwoofer is extremely weak and also blows easy. I never had mine turned up past 10 and the subwoofer blew after 2 weeks right after my latest date i could return it.
