• A:Answer Thanks for your question. Our JBL Bar 2.1 does not support Bluetooth microphone connections. To use a JBL Wireless Microphone, you'll need a speaker or sound system with a dedicated microphone input, which our Bar 2.1 does not have.

Q: QuestionI had a JBL system about 4 years ago and the sound bar went out. I kept the subwoofer. I believe it's a 8-10 inch, 300 Watts. Can the subs be swapped? The old sub would give me 200 watts more power. Not sure if 2.1 remote would be compatable with it.

Q: QuestionI recently purchased this for a gift for a friend and when hooking everything up I get audio perfectly fine both through Optical and HDMI ARC however the subwoofer never connects there is no instruction anywhere on how to connect to the subwoofer

• A:Answer 6.5 inchs Woofer at 100 Watts. Sounds like a Lot More! Yes the Sound Bar does have 200 Watts in the 2.1 Big Bass system. Best Sound Bar I have heard to date ! Look at Specs via Best Buy web site. Usually the Specs. are listed correctly. I know as I am using this system on my main TV. And almost no sound bar is compatible with another vendors TV. When it comes to sound bars it is like Everything is Proprietary to the Manufacturer. On purpose Roku Surround sound speakers are compatible with Only a Roku Sound Bar or Roku TV. Bad Move by Roku. Not selling my JBL to accompany Roku speakers with 1/2 the Watts (RMS) Root Mean Square power available on the Roku systems.

• A:Answer Not going to happen ! With my JBL 2.1 Deep Bass Sound Bar with Sub Woofer when connected to a Roku 55" Select Series have problems with the TV remote raising the TV speaker/SoundBar volume way Too High. Touch the Sound Bar remote volume just 2 to 3 clicks and TV speakers are topped out at 99% volume. Big compatibility issue which no vendors are working fast to make compatible. They are to email me when it is resolved ! Can Not wait..... BIG Rabbit Hole to get lost in.......GrandNationalMike Best Buy, Look at what you are selling. A Bunch of Non-compatible components with No One behind the TV section to answer any questions. Just buy it and see if it works is the New Norm....
