A:AnswerOn the back of the sound bar, remove the HDMI connection from where it is and put it in the other HDMI slot. I made the same mistake when I first hooked it up and tried everything.
A:AnswerTurn the remote Over/Upside-down. Look at the Bottom, you should see a casted Arrow => there. Put your Thumb on it, push down slightly & in the direction => it Points. That Rear Half-cover slides down about 1/2"... NO More. Gently pry up towards you from that Upper side that exposed the underneath & Gently lift it off. Replace your batteries & "Reverse Previous Procedure for Reassembly". Good Luck! :-{>
