QuestionWith the JB L3 point 1 sound bar do I have to have A4KTV for it to work or can just a reg'lar smart TV work I can't make my sound bar work

- Answer JBL Bar 3.1 can be used with any regular TV. You can try using different inputs to connect it with your TV. Our JBL Bar 3.1 has analog, optical, three HDMI inputs, and HDMI ARC. QuestionI have a month with the bar 2.1 a few days ago I was listening a song when the subwoofer disconnected in the middle of the song, I’ve try all ( reset, pressing dim and +- bass) and the bar says connected but the subwoofer keeps searching the signal! :(

- Answer Please check the subwoofer LED on your JBL Bar 2.1. It should be in a solid white color. If the white LED is blinking, the connection of the subwoofer to the soundbar is lost. QuestionI have Dish Network and my dish remote controls the power to the tv and the sound bar but the volume button on my dish does not work. Any suggestions?

QuestionIt says this product has 1 HDMI output and 3 hdmi inputs. Does it act like a receiver in a sense? My tv doesn’t have hdmi arc connection or optical connection. Other speakers had to use Aux cable, sound wasn’t that great.

QuestionTry as I may, I can not get my sound bar to work with the HDMI arc with my Insigna tv. If I use the optical cord I hear a white noise in the background. I have Directv. Should I plug the HDMI port in the receiver instead of the tv? I am so frustrated.

- Answer I have all my HDMI (Apple Tv, Ps4, Nintendo switch) go in to sound bar and then one out to tv. Works great, switches between each when turning on one or the other. When watching antenna for sports or local news, it also goes out to the sound bar. I have a Vizio Tv.

QuestionI have no sound coming from my sub woofer, it states it is connected and the light on the back of the of the sub woofer is solid white. Do I have to have it in a certain setting? Help getting frustrated , just purchased today, having 2nd thoughts.

- Answer Could be in your tv settings or the remote also has a bass volume make sure it’s turned up and use a hdmi cable plugged into a ARC hdmi plug. Good luck

- Answer Disconnect everything, all wires and power, then let it sit there for 20 minutes. After that you can reconnect, this worked for me and others.

QuestionI'm disappointed with the Bluetooth feature. I've paired my iPhone XR with it any when I play music it drops out all the time. After several minutes there's silence. My iPhone still shows it's connected and playing but there's no sound.

- Answer FYI, I returned the soundbar, however, I did try some experiments before sending it back. I found that if I left my TV on (ARC out) or Direct TV receiver on (HDMI1) that the Bluetooth connection didn't drop out. So to me it appears the problem is when you only have the soundbar turned on and no peripherals. I tried a factory reset to no avail.
