QuestionSounbar goes back to standby every 10 minutes. Connected to Sony Bravia hdmi. Been trying to fix this issue for hours. Any help???? Has audio playing and then just cuts out to stanby mode.

- Answer It's most likely the Bravia. I had nothing but issues with connectivity and synchronization. I ended up having to return the Sony, problem solved. I had the A80L and even tried the A95L as well. Same problem consistently.

- Answer The included sub connects wirelessly to the soundbar. There is not a sub out port. It is not possible to add a second sub or to use another subwoofer.

QuestionWill this work with an older Sony 55” TV that has an ARC hdmi? This TV has no eARC, but has an ARC HDMI.

QuestionThe soundbar goes to mute when the tv is on you can play music but the tv will not play thru soundbar We have changed the hdmi we have unplugged both tv and soundbar we have reset still not playing tv thru tv
