I bought the same product and had the same problems. Eventually, after five years, it made a very loud popping noise and as far as I can tell, it’s not working at all. The sound bar only works intermittently, so somethings wrong with that too.

Please try again later.I bought the same product last year for black friday, it has the same issue, I had an optical from the tv and bluetooth from my phone, since then I had moved to a new house, I have a new s8 phone and I disconnected the optical, same annoying sound still there :(

If you are connected via Bluetooth, please try using a wired connection via optical or 3.5mm audio cable to isolate the issue. You can also try resetting the unit by placing the soundbar into standby mode, then press the volume - ( minus ) and surround buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. Once done, the device is reset.
