- Answer Not really. They mostly stay on. They may have other issues though. I am currently experienced support issues so I don’t recommend them.

QuestionReviews say the touch controls are sensitive. How do they work with a hat, like a beanie or a hoodie. I'm searching for a pair for work mostly, when wearing a tyvek suit which has a hood.

- Answer the touch controls are very sensative, but only to human touch and water. you can brush a hat or hood up against them all day, and it wont do anything

- Answer the headphones storage capacity is supposedly 1gb. I am only able to put 71 - 77 songs on mine though, (although some of my tracks are longer because they're audio book tracks).

- Answer If you want to load music on your JBL Endurance Dive, we recommend you convert the songs you purchased from iTunes to mp3 because the headphones don't support M4A and M4P audio formats. The other way around is to play your favorite music on iTunes via Bluetooth.

QuestionCan I used a music streaming service such as spotify or apple music to save songs on the onboard mp3 player? (To clarify, I want to save the music independently of the phone, not just play spotify/apple music through the headphones)

- Answer You can only store Mp3 files in your Endurance dive. Spotify and Apple music can only be played through streaming.

- Answer Yes, they can be used in the water up to 1m depth and for not more than 30 minutes. We recommend to lock the touch control when doing so. To lock the touch control tap once, tap again and hold for 5 seconds in MP3 mode. When the touch screen lock is initiated the LED will blink. To unlock the touch control simply power off and power on the headphones.

- Answer What phone - Android or Apple? Does your phone have Bluetooth? With Bluetooth, you should be able to go to the settings and scan for new devices
