• i Just found out that https://www.fxsound.com/ enhance every sounds on the headset even the low sound issue that's pretty insane the sound with the headset with that on, my settings are anc on, spatial sound dts x and i even installed dolby atmost wich i am not sure it does something but fxsound works great you'll notice the difference right away

• Turn up the volume to max on your device then use the controls on the headphones.

• They only have low volume of your not using the Bluetooth feature.

• You can increase the volume on the main source(phone,pc) if the volume on the source is already at max but still hear a low volume then please submit a case request at https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service Team will be more than happy to assist you.
