HOW DO I TURN OFF THE AUTO OFF FEATURE null

This is NOT a feature! They made a big mistake with this. How am I supposed to stop my workout to turn a pair of cheap headphones on whenever they feel like I'm not listening? I'm taking these stupid things back to the store tomorrow!

I find that turning up the volume of the source device and turning down the volume on the headset reduces or eliminates auto-switch off during quiet periods in music.

Download a mp3 of "Silence" and play on repeat. Not the greatest solution, but seems to prevents the auto shut off.

Unfortunately we cannot switch the auto-off function. This is the device’s power energy saving feature in which the headphones will automatically switch OFF once no audio signal is detected from the device.
