Q: QuestionIs it okay for regular use in a bathroom? It claims to be waterproof, but would being in a room that regularly gets steamy be okay for it?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I use mine in the bathroom and haven't had any problems so far, but I've only had it a couple of months. Maybe put it down on a tub ledge or something lower.

Q: Questionthe sound out of my JBL SEEMS TO BE DISTORTED CAN I FIX THIS
Asked by DESTROYERDAN.
- A:Answer We're here to help with your JBL Flip 6. Please restart your Bluetooth connection, ensure your source device and speaker are within the Bluetooth range of 10m, and don’t stand too close to the Wi-Fi router and appliances like microwaves that can interfere with the connection. Also, if you’re using an equalizer, set it back to default settings. Some equalizers can cause sound distortion or static in speakers. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Q: QuestionMy speaker is not charging and making noise when I plug it into charge. I have read the instructions and it says it either has water, chemicals, or salt in the charger. I have not had the speaker near water, salt, or any chemical for it to not charge
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Try to call JBL they will give you support and there’s a way to actually reset the whole speaker I don’t remember how but if you give them a call to help you there really good about it
