How do I mute when I am on a conference call? null

On the JBL TUNE 225 TWS you hold the button on the right bud down for 3 seconds. You will hear a tone in the left bud when it is muted. To unmute, hold the right bud button down again for 3 seconds until you hear the tone again in the left bud.

Check the manual that comes with it but I think it's a double click on the right bud.

As far as I know the only way to mute Calls is going to be Via your phone. JBL doesn't support Mute functions on the Headset itself. I don't see that as a problem myself, and I don't Believe any other blue-tooth headset has a mute function to my knowledge. Hope this helps.
