Technically, they can be connected to a TV that has Bluetooth Universal Receiver and Transmitter. However, the sound quality and continuity of connection leave much to be desired. There are other over the ear headphones that do a better job of connecting to Bluetooth enabled televisions. The JBL Free Gen 2 are less than ideal for connecting with a television.
