QuestionI have a tune jbl125tws i opened the box and charged it and I connected it to my phone it work for about 10 minutes then the left earbud stopped i couldn't turn it back on so I put it in the case it started flashing white and won't turn on any ideas

- Answer The same thing happened to me. I returned the headphones to the store where I purchased them, and the employee couldn’t figure it out either. They offered me to exchange them for another set or a full refund. I took the refund.

- Answer Hello I don’t believe soI have had it open and it still works but to protect it from getting accidentally broken I keep it closed the sound really good but depending on how loud your cell phone volume goes on your phone as soon as you take them off the dock pod they connect to your device

QuestionI've charged my buds up overnight. I get on the plane expecting them to work, NOT. I take the left bud out of its case. It lights up blue, as it should. The right one, lights up, but not blue. I know that both need to sync up in a blue mode. Not happening

- Answer If you haven’t already, take the right bud out first, let it connect and then the left. Mine usually connect automatically in a few seconds after taking them out of the case
