These have amazing bass!!! I think the issue you are experiencing is caused by using the incorrect rubber end for your ear canal and it isn't making a good seal inside the canal.

Thanks for your feedback. You may try to mix and match the ear tips and gel sleeves to make a snug fit in your ear canal.
