Is there a way to use both earpiece for taking calls? null

I believe it’s designed to only use one for safety I’ve only been able to use one

Our JBL Free II automatically goes into mono mode when phone calls are being received. Only the right bud has audio for a more natural call experience and it may not be disabled.
