“I have a tune jbl125tws i opened the box and charged it and I connected it to my phone it work for about 10 minutes then the left earbud stopped i couldn't turn it back on so I put it in the case it started flashing white and won't turn on any ideas”

The same thing happened to me. I returned the headphones to the store where I purchased them, and the employee couldn’t figure it out either. They offered me to exchange them for another set or a full refund. I took the refund.
