Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Live 770NC does not have an option to change the voice prompt to a beep. However, you can disable this feature using our JBL Headphones App. To do this, connect your headphones to the app. Scroll down until you see "Voice Prompt". It gives you options to enable or disable it or to change the language.
