QuestionIs there a software update or an option in the app to make the bluetooth undiscoverable?

- Answer Thank you for the inquiry. Our JBL Partybox 1000 does not come with an app to make the Bluetooth undiscoverable. However, once the speaker has been paired to the source, it will not be recognized by any other Bluetooth source.

QuestionPlease advise if there are instructions or a manual on how to use the JBL Partybox 1000 that can be ordered? Also is there a remote or wrist band that can me ordered?

QuestionI have blutooth partybox its on when u plug it in unfortunately there is no sound comes out of speaker when connected to blutooth. Any assistances will be much aporiciated. Many thanks
