QuestionIs there any way to make the jbl 310 stay on permanently while connected to a power source I.e. can I keep it on so my tablet I use for house management can stay connected so all of my alarms and similar audio can be routed through the speaker?

- Answer Our JBL PartyBox 310 will go on standby mode while inactive for 10 to 15 minutes even if it is connected to a power source.

- Answer Our JBL PartyBox 310's light show will only show single color as it does not have the option to display multiple colors at the same time. For more options for the light show settings, we recommend using our JBL PartyBox app which you can download from Playstore (Android) or Appstore (iOS).

QuestionHi!! I have the JBL PartyBox 310. As soon as I connected the wire microphone the lights in the echo turned on. After unplugging the microphone the echo lights remain on in white light even if I adjust the buttons down. How can I turn off the white color?

- Answer Try to download the JBL PartyBox app available on IOS and Android. You can control the lights from there, but before you open the app, make sure the speaker is powered on and its connected via Bluetooth to the device you will be opening the app from.

- Answer We're here to help you with your JBL PartyBox 310. To use the Bluetooth function; 1. Switch to the BLUETOOTH source by pressing the source button (button with an arrow inside a semi-circle) on top of the speaker. Please make sure that the led on the side of the Bluetooth label is lit. 2. Press on the speaker to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. 3. Choose “JBL PARTYBOX 310” on your Bluetooth device to connect. 4. Once successfully connected, you can stream audio from your Bluetooth device to this speaker.

- Answer No im sure...try to sell it on ebay! Or to a good friend! Or keep ot to daisy chain both!..get a 25 foot 3.5 mm cord have one in front of room and the other in back!..or spread them out in yard!..not close together..one will be louder than the other..i would use the smaller for music fill in!

- Answer It is perfectly fine to use the Partybox 310 at max volume once, in a while. This will only drain the charge of the battery faster.
