- Answer JBL Reflect Contour 2 is compatible to be paired with phones, tablets, and laptops. This headphone is not designed to be connected with smart TV's as it doesn't support Bluetooth AptxHD Low latency audio codecs.

Questionthinking of buying a pair for a motorcycle. do those clips go around the ear to help keep them on? would you be able to hear the music on the ride? last pair I had didn't have anything to hold them on so they where hard to keep in the ear all of the time.

- Answer Yes, those clips help the earphones stay in place, most likely you won't have any issues hearing the music while riding your bike, however, wearing in-ear headphones and a helmet might create discomfort, you should also be aware of your surroundings, I would recommend these instead: https://ca.jbl.com/search?q=JBL+CRUISE

- Answer Thanks for reaching out. Our Reflect Contour 2 lets you skip the tracks forward, by pressing and holding the volume up button for 3 seconds and skip tracks backward, by pressing and holding the volume down button for 3 seconds.

QuestionWhen I answer the phone I can hear the person but they say I sound like I have marbles in my mouth. Or I sound like I am in a tunnel. Is there a feature on my cell phone I need to adjust to fix this issue?

- Answer I found that for phone calls the wire needs to be in front of you, not behind your head. If you are wearing it behind your head try it the other way. If you are already wearing it in front maybe you have a defective microphone and should exchange it.

- Answer No. You'll be lucky to pair with the latest Android or iOS. I have had 3 sets and 2 have had Bluetooth issues. I'm an electrical engineer and comfortable with hacking, building and designing electronics. These are junk.

- Answer Here's how to put JBL Reflect Contour 2 in pairing mode. Make sure that the device you want to connect to is on. Press and hold the center button on the inline microphone for 3-5 seconds. We recommend putting one ear tip inside your ear to hear the audio prompt. You should here "Powering on...Pairing" as it searches for your device. "JBL Reflect Contour" should appear on your discoverable devices, and it should connect within 2-3 seconds.
