I found that for phone calls the wire needs to be in front of you, not behind your head. If you are wearing it behind your head try it the other way. If you are already wearing it in front maybe you have a defective microphone and should exchange it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I asked this question of the JBL product that we bought and he assured me that, the unit that I bought was able to adjust so that it would gradually eliminate the background noises so that people could hear me more clearly. When I first talked on the headset, people did say that I sounded like I was in a tunnel, but in about 3-4 days later, they all said that they could hear me really well and that the sound quality was almost excellent. Give it time and ask people if the sound is any better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t believe so I had that same issue when I use them. I believe it’s the setting in the headphones themselves. The only thing I can say made it somewhat better is if I wore them hanging in front of my neck instead of behind and wearing only one side in makes it worse
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, please try to check if pairing another phone to this earphone has the same issue when calling, if it does then we'll need to check on our options. Please submit a case request and so we can assist you: www.jbl.com/support-contact.html
