- Answer If you have an Android 10, they will not pair. JBL does not support Android 10 and apparently has no intention of doing so (even though their older technology will pair with Android 10 devices just fine, such as the Pulse 2). If you have a non-Android 10 device, then it should pair quite simply like any other device, unless there are even more exceptions I'm not clear on. JBL should make this key fact very clear on their packaging and ad campaigns.

- Answer I use them most of the day at work and quite a bit in the evening and they have yet to die. I’d say around 10 hours or so.

QuestionI don’t see much on comfortability in reviews section. Do they stay in or fall out easily? Do they slide around or hurt your ears? I’ve used Bose wireless similar to these but the bud looks different. Please help!

QuestionI have not had these for a year yet and the button u hold to turn on is stuck on, on and i can't turn it off. When connecting it to the bluetooth, it says connec and then dead silence and it never connects. How can this be fixed. Pls help.

- Answer I don’t think you can replace battery I bought the extended warranty ( fairly cheep) for the first pair that lasted a little longer than yours and they gave me a brand new headset on return.

QuestionWhy is it that the volume is so low at maximum volume? I can hear everything around me.

- Answer You may have to change the volume on the headphones separate from the phone - I noticed the same thing and I just hit the volume button on the bluetooth headphones and the volume are separate from the phone or device playing audio but do interact. Or it might be the other way when your phone's volume is down and you have to boost that up there are two volumes some phones like Samsung combined it so it's just one volume.
