Q: QuestionI have a pair i but bought at 81 yrs old I can not figure how they turn on and off?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer On the right ear piece, there is a sliding button that has the Bluetooth symbol underneath it. Slide it down and release. It will go into pairing mode and connect to a previous connected device. To turn off, just slide the same button again.

Q: Question1. Can noise canceling be turned off ? 2. Does iPhone eq change what is heard? 3. Is bass NOT booming or muddled?
Asked by Joe.
- A:Answer Noise cancelling CAN be turned off, sadly I called JBL support to see if there was ambient mode for phone calls but it doesn't have ambient for phone calls, also, we all know noise Cancelling will not be like the XM4s but trust me, the XM4s gave me a headache and Tinnitus, this NC is gentle and it blocks more high pitch sounds than the XM4s for some reason.
