“Hi! Just a quick question, I haven't been able to turn this JBL Trip off and it won't connect to any device at all. It's been glowing purple light, which is weird because it is usually blue. I just bought this 3 weeks ago. Any solution? Thank you.”

Just hold the Bluetooth button...purple light should eventually shut off ...after that just turn speaker back on ..should work fine after that
