• Yes, the JBL Tune510BT is suitable for people with pacemakers but please note that Cell phones, Bluetooth devices, and earbuds must be kept at least 6 inches away from the pacemaker.

• I use it with my biventricular Abbott pacemaker and level 3 heart block. Yes, there is a magnet but the pacer is shielded.
