“I have had these for over a week. I am Extremely Disappointed in the battery life.....2 hours at best then recharge. Any ideas how to fix?”

If you're using your JBL Tune 125TWS mainly as your headphones for calls this is normal. If it's mainly for music, it should last around 5 to 6 hours at max volume. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support to check for your options.
