QuestionMy earbuds are no longer syncing with one another. I have followed all of the factory reset instructions on the JBL website and nothing is working. Only one earbud shows up on my phone and the other just stays in discoverable mode.

- Answer Please try to manually pair the earbuds with each other: -You simply click the button on both the left and the right pod 3 times. -Take them out of the charging case first. This forces a new pairing between the pods, and the left pod should automatically pair with the right pod from now on, when you remove both pods from the charging case.

QuestionWhat's the PIN to pair them? Tried 0000, 1111, 1234. It pairs to my android phone easily but not my PC.

- Answer In the guide, look for the manual pairing controls. I had success by holding one of the earbuds button for 5 seconds ( while the other is inside of the case ) , after the 5 seconds you'll see a white light - its turned off now. Hold the button for another 5 seconds until you see white AND blue flash, you should then see the earbuds on your computer's Bluetooth list to select and pair the one that says "Audio". This one labeled "Audio" doesn't ask for a pin. If you didn't get the earbud into this pairing mode where the blue AND white light are flashing, the "Audio" device option won't show up.

QuestionHow do I turn down the volume? I am turning it down on my device (iphone) and it shows the volume is all the way down however the music is still coming through the earbuds quite loudly...

QuestionWhen you have multiple devices (phone, laptop), does it have a preference which one it gets connected to? do you have to turn off the bluetooth in the other device in order to connect to the one that you want to?

- Answer It is recommended to shutdown products that have Bluetooth, that are not being used. They are often the reason for interference.

- Answer Thanks for reaching out. The skip forward/backward control can be done for the left earbud of our JBL Tune 125TWS Headphones. Tap the JBL logo X1 to forward to the next song and tap X2 to rewind to the previous song.

- Answer No, if you’re listening to music your normal ringtone will interrupt. If you’re not listening to anything at all, the ear buds will automatically turn off after a specific timeframe (maybe 5-10 minutes).
