• Our JBL UA Flash Sport wireless requires for the right earbud to be turned on so they can play on both ears at the same time. The left earbud is mainly depended on the right(primary) earbud. If you need more help, please contact us here: https://bit.ly/2zwFkYM

• The right earbud is the main connector and can be used solo. Sometimes if you want to reconnect the left while the right has been on and used the earbuds might need to re-sync by being turned off and on at time same time. That's my experience and I've had my earbuds only for a week.
