- Answer Not sure if you are still in the market for some but these are built for that and don't use that same material you are use to seeing on over the ear headphones.

QuestionAre these capable of dual pairing? For those who don't know, dual pairing let's you connect one set of headphones to two devices. This is very handy if you want to use them to play games on your laptop and answer incoming calls on your phone.

- Answer Hi there, our JBL UA Sport Train Wireless headphones do not have multi-point connectivity. It should pair to multiple devices, but can only be connected to one device at a time.

- Answer Make sure the “listening” feature isn’t on...this is enabled/disabled by pressing the outside of the earpiece / large logo. When this is enabled, it turns down the source music, etc. and allows the user to listen to the surrounds...i.e. to have a conversation with someone that is standing next to you,

QuestionI have an IPhone and using YouTube music app that doesn't have equalizer or any bass boos modes in IOS. The app for JBL doesn't have this model to adjust the sound. Is there any way to use equalizer while using you tube music

- Answer Our UA Wireless Train isn't compatible with our JBL Headphones App. The equalizer would usually work with music applications. You can try to adjust the volume using the headphone itself.

QuestionWhen previously paired with multiple devices such as a TV, iPad, mobile phone, and Laptop, when the device is turned off and on again, is there a button or a way to make it connect or cycle through the previously paired active connections available?

- Answer Hi there, our JBL UA Train does not have a button to cycle to different devices, one way of connecting it to a certain device is to turn off other bluetooth devices to let it connect the UA Train to it.
