Our Epic 2 Headphones have a IP55 rating, meaning they will hold up to sweat very well. If you know that you sweat a lot, I would recommend going with the Epic Sport, which have a rating of IP66. All you need to do is use the micro usb cable that was included in the box to charge them up. You can either use an existing usb port on your computer, or you can use a wall socket adapter.
