Have you ever notice that sometimes it says "blutooth connected… music connected… stereo connected" … and other times, just, "bluetooth connected"? This is because only a portion of the sofware on your device has accessed your buds. There's more to it… bud that's the easiest way to explain it. Completely remove it from your device & reconnect it again. You WANT TO HEAR the "stereo connected… blah-blah" all that good stuff. When you don't hear sound through your earbuds for a good while, while connected to a laptop, they power down. This is because, like I said, the stereo or music hasn't made a sound.
