Not sure what you’re asking. If you need to pair your headphones to a device - fire up the Bluetooth and hold the upper arrow button) or the center button, can’t remember which a try both) until it blinks and then you can pair it to your device. Even if you have it paired to another device(s) this process should work to pair it with a new device.
