I'm sure you can. I use them with an iPhone Xs all the time, and I can carry on a conversation over the phone with them just fine.

Easy enough to pop them out, they will hang on your shoulders while you talk, then just pop me back in. Very convenient. Make sure you don't yell at people cause they can hear you just fine, lol.
