• A:Answer I use them whlie going on my elliptical. They stay in good. You may need to experiment with the different plug sizes it comes with. It comes with three different sizes, I wen't with the largest size.

Q: QuestionHow can I fix the issue? The issue is , when I try to connect the ear buds, only one side connects. I don’t see anyway to fix it and when I plug in the one side that only connects back into the case the other side finally connects . Connection problems.

• A:Answer There were extra ones that came in the box, they were attached under some of the packaging. Amazon has them if best buy doesn't.
