I would not recommend wearing them in the shower. You can wear them when working out. Sweat will not harm them but allow them to dry before placing them back in the charge box.

Hey lucid, They are very water resistant, although not recommend showering, they are strong enough provided you don't have a steady stream of water for 2 mins.
