Yes, you can use the JLab GO Work headphones to make and receive phone calls. The headphones have a built-in microphone, so you can speak directly into the headphones when making calls. You can also answer and reject calls using the buttons on the headphones. To connect to outgoing calls, you can either connect the headphones to your phone via Bluetooth or using the included 3.5mm cable. If you are connecting via Bluetooth, make sure that the headphones are paired with your phone. Once the headphones are paired, you can make and receive calls as usual.
