• Hi there, hold the GO Work microphone closet to your mouth. The mic does a great job at cancelling outside sounds, it might be accidentally cancelling yours if its not close enough. -JLab

• Ensure it is fully charged before each use and check the internet speed to make sure avaya is not doing anything silly.we use that and sometimes it has connection issues.
