- Answer Honestly, I am not sure. I purchased them for my daughter for school to use with her chrome book. I would tend to think no since the port is like the old iPhones and how they used to be before they switched to the new thinner lightning cable. I hope that this helps.

QuestionWill the microphone work on a chromebook? School gave us a chromebook , we try 3 different headphones and the microphone never works, she has to use the headphones and the computer microphone and that requires on switching between one and other.

- Answer Unless your TV has a 3.5 mm audio jack these will not work. Several companies make wireless headphones specifically for the armed to plug into the TV. Although if you're playing a game system on this TV buy a decent pair of wireless gaming headphones. As long as you are watching TV through the gaming system by a Netflix Hulu Amazon etc the sound will come through the headphones.
