Questioni honestly cannot get them to turn off without putting them in the charger case it says press and hold 3+ seconds to power off. instead I get a high pitching ringing if I hold too hard and if I hold too soft it just changes the song. what am I doing wrong

- Answer I had the same problem where if I put the buds back in the case it would still be connected as bluetooth on my phone. However they do shut down after a minute or two if you close the case and wait. Hope it helps others :)
