QuestionSo do these work with IOS, the reason I ask is my wife had bought some to use and they wouldn’t pair both at the same time. As long as they work with IOS I’ll be picking them up

- Answer I have a iPhone and use these with it, as soon as you open the case and take the earbuds out they automatically pair to phone.

- Answer They're Bluetooth Im pretty positive they only pair with things that have Bluetooth and I don't think consoles like Xbox or PS4 have Bluetooth connection.

QuestionMy Right earbud stopped working. I can only use left for calls and because it doesn’t have a mic it doesn’t work for calls anymore.

- Answer Yes, this seems to be a problem with these. With us getting them at Best Buy though, all we can do per the employee at Best Buy is throw them away.

QuestionI cant seem to charge these earbuds. When the battery gets low, I would put them in the case and see blue lights blinking indicating charging. After leaving them in for a few hours and taking the out, the battery would still be low.

- Answer Make sure you have charged the actual "pod" that they rest in. Should have 4 white dots that indicate battery level

QuestionI bought a pair of the JLab Jbuds for Black Friday, they work great at home and at work, however, they seem to skip and not work well outside as I am walking to the bus. Am I doing something wrong. Why would they work inside and not outside?

- Answer Make sure you keep the device towards your right side, as the right headphone is the one connected to Bluetooth. It also could be frequency from other devices, which you can't really fix.

- Answer Yes. Just use Bluetooth to connect them like you would do with any other bluetooth headphone/speaker. But pay attention you have to take both earbuds out, otherwise follow the instructions.
