QuestionDoes this headset require a special dongle to answer calls ON the actual headset? Or is there a button you can press on the headset that will answer the call when i hear it? I use the Jabber application for work if that matters at all.

- Answer Hi Brandon, The JLab JBuds Work Wireless does not require a special dongle to answer calls on the headset itself. It has a built-in button that you can press to answer calls. Additionally, the headset has a boom arm with auto-answer functionality, which means that you can answer calls simply by lowering the boom arm.
