I connect to my television through the “Roku” app and they work beautifully but I’ve never tried to pair directly through the tv.

they are Bluetooth. I don't use them for the tv but I'm sure if your tv has bluetooth they should work. I use them as a hands free setup while driving.

Not sure. I suspect it depends on your TV. These are Bluetooth headphones and should work with most Bluetooth capable devices. I only use mine on my computer and iPad. I’d check the owners manual on your TV before buying them.

These only connect via bluetooth
