I can’t unlock the phone extender? What do i do? null

There’s a little black switch you can flip open to make the sides extendable, then it’s up to you to pull both sides far enough for your phone to fit. My iPhone 13ProMax fits.

Pull down the clip with the dotted o on it and extend. After you extend push clip back to lock position.

Make sure to unlock the lever on the back of the clamp by pulling it out, when locked the clamp will not open.
