• my phone is android and it Bluetooth connects with phone calls and music. best way to see if it fits is go or call the store, but it should with a kit needed for purchase

• The Bluetooth worked just fine for android - we ran phone music, Pandora, and Tune in thru it, as well as Google map directions which was neat because when we needed to make turns it turned down the music and announced the direction - same thing when phone calls came in - all on Samsung Note 4 android. Can't help on Nissan question.
