“Had the crew at Best buy install this unit in my 2012 Silverado. The problem I'm having is when playing Pandora via Bluetooth the radio shuts down and restarts out of the blue. This has happened to me several times.very annoying.”

I'm having a similar problem. The radio just restarts out of the blue, and often several times in a row. There is a firmware update available, so I'm going to try that today. Here's a link to the firmware: http://www.jvc.net/cs/car/firmware/2018/kwv840bt/
