Yes, it is steering wheel compatible (at least for my car - Honda Pilot 2006), but you need to buy and extra module for this. The GeekSquad is very helpful in this finding part. Also Radio antenna and Sirux XM also extra you need to buy. The Vehicle Sirus XM do not work. for this you need to buy separate module. For your Card (2011 buick), best to check with geed Squad. They very good on that.
