Q: QuestionHow do i determine if the satellite radio will work with my existing antenna?I have a 2013 Ford E350 and would be interested in a new radio with satellite capability. This unit says satellite ready but says I need a satellite receiver and antenna. I don't want a second antenna and want something that can use my existing antenna...will this accomplish that/
