Q: QuestionI've had these earbuds for about 3 months. The right ear bud doesn't work. I assume that it has earwax in it. How do I clean this?

• A:Answer I had the same problem yesterday. You most likely need to reset the device. the instructions that come with earbuds are lame. I highly recommend you go to the JVC website for their through user manual and read it twice and THEN fire the buds up. It's not complicated but you do need to understand the functionality of the device. There isn't a youtube vid that matches these buds. Make sure everything is full charged case and buds and follow the reset instructions. It worked for me first try. FYI I think I caused my problem somewhere along the pairing with three other devices. not sure if that matters

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between Model HA-EC25 and HA-EC25TB? I just purchased the HA-EC25T, but I don't think it is noise cancelling.

• A:Answer The HA-EC25T is the only model, the letter B just stands for the color black. These headphones are not noise canceling. JVC does have a line of noise canceling headphones which is listed on their website.

• A:Answer Make sure they are charged and then remove them from the case. They will go into pairing mode automatically, so open the Bluetooth settings on your device and connect.
