I HAVE BRAND NEW PAIR OF JVC FITNESS EARBUDS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX AND I TOOK THEM BOTH OUT AT THE SAME TIME BUT THERE NOT EVEN FLASHING AT ALL TO SHOW THAT THERE PAIRING
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You most likely need to reset the device. the instructions that come with earbuds are lame. I highly recommend you go to the JVC website for their thorough user manual and read it twice and THEN fire the buds up. It's not complicated but you do need to understand the functionality of the device. There isn't a youtube vid that matches these buds. Make sure everything is full charged case and buds and follow the reset instructions. It worked for me first try. FYI I think I caused my problem somewhere along the pairing with three other devices. not sure if that matters
